[Working principle]:

The cryogenic crusher system uses liquid nitrogen as the cold source. After the crushed material is cooled at low temperature to achieve a brittle and easily crushed state, it enters the mechanical crusher chamber and rotates at high speed through the impeller. Under the comprehensive effects of repeated impacts, collisions, shearing, friction, etc. between the material and the blades, teeth, and materials, the crushing effect is achieved. Most of the cold air is returned to the silo for recycling.

[Equipment Features]:

The cryogenic crusher system forms a closed-loop system with a cold source during the material crushing process, which fully utilizes energy and saves energy consumption. The temperature of the cold source used for crushing can be reduced to negative 196 degrees Celsius. According to the brittle point temperature of the material, its temperature can be adjusted during the crushing process, and an excellent crushing temperature can be selected to reduce energy consumption. The crushing fineness can reach 10-700 mesh, even up to micron μ. Liquid nitrogen is used as the grinding medium to achieve ultra-low temperature crushing, and the material has comprehensive effects such as explosion prevention and oxidation prevention.

Engineering sequence description
If the material exceeds 10mm, use the low-temperature coarse crusher → fully automatic feeding machine, which can set the feeding time and stopping time. After the silo is full, it will automatically stop → pre cool the silo. At first, open the liquid nitrogen valve to pre cool the material for a few minutes. Pre cooling can also be turned on in the crushing room. After the silo has stored material, there is no need to stop pre cooling, and continuous production can be carried out. According to the host current and material requirements, the feeding machine is adjusted to the best speed. After adjusting the speed on the feeding motor to slow speed, use variable frequency speed regulation on the control cabinet. If the speed cannot be reached, accelerate on the speed regulating motor. If the feeding is too fast and the host is overloaded, the feeding machine will automatically stop running. The host can be adjusted in the control cabinet to control the feeding within the rated load. The material machine runs or stops → Inside the mechanical crusher chamber, the material thickness or fineness can be adjusted outside the door cover, and there is an adjustment mark on it, Generally, based on daily operating experience, adjust the air volume of the stainless steel induced draft fan before starting up. The fine powder can be controlled by variable frequency. The first stage cyclone separator will automatically send the material into the feeder and adjust it to the optimal discharge speed using stepless variable speed.
The entire process is automated, made entirely of stainless steel, with a compact structure. The interface flange is clamped, making disassembly and assembly convenient, fast, and easy to clean. Liquid nitrogen is used and adjusted according to the material. The control cabinet has a temperature control meter indicating, and excess liquid nitrogen during use is automatically recovered into the main crushing chamber for recycling and cost reduction.
